Additional Metabolsim-Boosting FoodsThe one downside about this cookbook is the lack of photographs. There are none. That is something I really like to see when I'm trying a new recipe, I like to know what it's supposed to look like. However, each recipe does include Calories, Fat, Carbohydrate, and Protein information. Every other page also include a section called "Burn It Up", which gives additional tips on boosting your metabolism.
