Shortly after placing my order I was notified that my shipping was upgraded at no extra charge. I literally got my vacuum in 3 days! Awesome customer service! The item arrived in perfect condition.I've been needing a vacuum for the upstairs because I can't lug the upright vacuum to the 2nd floor. This is a great lightweight vacuum. Still 12 amps of power, even though it's so small and lightweight. Perfect to use on the stairs or for general use.
