I had a nice afternoon lunch with my date. Corned Beef & Cabbage.Everyone at our house wore green, because it's just what we do. We'll be having our Corned Beef & Cabbage another night for dinner with Irish Soda Bread.

Uh, nothing. I'm not Irish. Sorry, Lola. But I did make corned beef and cabbage two weekends ago and it was GREAT!
I didn't even realize tht it was st. patrick's day until it was almost noon and at that point I wasn't going to change my clothes or anything like that. No one will eat cornbeef or cabbage in my house. I would have enjoyed it, though.
